The manager certainly doesn't help with his stupid team selections and substitutions, but he'd find it harder to fuck up if we had quality ion the pitch a quality on the bench. The team has been slowly stripped of talent, a few have cashed in at the expense of everyone else. Those few should answer the questions now and pay the consequences.
