Hopefully we'll get Fleetwood Town away (they need a replay in their game) as we'd be off to Highbury (granted in Lancashire).

We were last drawn against Bristol Rovers in the Third Round, 1993. Drew the first game at Villa Park, and then "ran out comfortable winners" in the replay. Those games were most famous for Ron and Big Mal (RIP) tearing strips off each other in the build-ups.

No. ITV and ESPN.

Part of the reason it's lost some prestige is because the competition is being aired on pub team channels. imo.

Agreed. BBC cutting their sport-bidding budget by 14% is a worry that it might be even longer until 2014 to wait too..

Just saw Tamworths reaction on SSN to getting Everton.

Why get happy to get a team that will most likely kick their butts comfortably?

Or is the money factor? Typical greed from the lower league Pub Teams
