Arsenal Chief Executive Ivan Gazidis has joined the FA’s Professional Game Board (PGB) and the FA Council ahead of the 2012/13 season.

Gazidis has to get some credit for the summer signings and last years signings as well. We're starting to see a change at Arsenal. The youth policy is dead and we're now going for established players again, plus we're doing the summer tours to generate more income, something Wenger was reluctant to give into before.

Now for a shirt deal...current one doesnt even make top 10 according to article in last weekend paper.
