Welcome to the club Calum Chambers. Apparently had his medical yesterday and fee already agreed. I'm guessing it's just the picture taking at the training ground that needs to be done.
A solid right back who is a) homegrown b) has lots of potential c) is a Southampton academy player.
It seems the loss of Chambers has been the final straw for Soton fans, many could understand Shaw, Lallana and Lambert going but they didn't envisage Chambers leaving. Many believe he's better and more consistent than Shaw which is a good sign for us.
Debuchy for a few years then Chambers steps in. More importantly, Wenger splashing £12m-£16m on a backup right back, what the hell is going on? We finally have quality depth.
