Yes outside of the top of his arm. F knows how the third official saw it though when they miss everything happening directly in front of them.

We have nothing on the counter. Alexis can't do it all himself. Campbell doesn't have much pace and poor old Bif is still trying to clear the centre circle from last kick off.
