City are almost certainly going to win the league but this was their first real test of the season and they failed it.
When we lost to united, all the pundits stated taht arsenal would do fuck all because they had an easy start and failed on their first test. They then stated we only beat spurs and Liverpool because of refereeing decisions etc.
City hammered united but united at home isnt a test for them and i cant think of any other big sides they ahve played so far. They are still a very good side but i dont think they will run away with teh league quite as easily as predicted

In fairness, the trust in City is because of hard evidence. 4 out of the last 5 titles, generational coach, deep squad, Haaland etc. We are relative novices at this level by comparison.
Anfield is always their hardest fixture and the one game where you could probably bet against them.
