178-2 at the close. Pietersen on 62 and Cook nearing another century, on 87.
Good day for England.
Cook got another century, he is going to annihilate the English record for centuries.
Cook. :scarf:
KP gets his century!
He joins Cook on 22 test centuries.
Good time to go to to bed. England 236-2.
Fantastic day for England. Only downside is having to listen to all the commentators fawning over KP.
India are 78-5, Monty gets Yuvraj!
92-6! Dhoni goes!
This has been a great Test match. Credit to those in charge of the pitch. India's batsmen crumbling to spin is not really surprising even if people go on about them being 'masters'. 1-1 tomorrow.
Monty you fucking traitor.
I feel sick. Couldn't imagine India would lose a Test at home.
My sporting idols are failing me. Fuck Wilshere and Kohli.
India haven't lost at home for fuck knows how long. This will be a blow for the egos. At least Kohli went out with a bang, slapping a full toss to mid-off. Comedy gold.
India were bowled out for 142. England chased down the 57 and won by ten wickets.
South Africa managed to draw the Test. Phenomenal batting from du Plessis and de Villiers in particular in an effort to make Cripps weep.

Tests.
Tests :haha: Over 200 balls to make 30 odd? Wtf? Tests have died for sure
George Bush has retired from Test cricket :rose:
A great batsman.
All I can say to him is:
Bye.
The Third Test between Australia and South Africa is at a watchable time given it's in Perth.
South Africa were bowled out for 225, Australia 31-2 at the close of play.
Australia are a bunch of obnoxious annoying jumped up pricks. They're also getting a hammering. Excellent. Uncle Amla is on 99 overnight, I can't be arsed staying up for his century. SAFrica all set to win this series and remain no.1 in spite of looking for all money like losing the last Test. LOLstralia.
I wonder if england can get Michael Clarke to defect because his great great great great great grandfather was a convict or something.
South Africa beat Australia by 309 runs.
India are 216-5 in the third test. Sehwag was run out on 23.
Tendulkar is not out on 69.
230-6, Anderson gets Tendulkar to edge one to Prior! Prior just about taking it with his arm.
What a chance for a run out, Finn has a shocker trying to pick it up.
268-7, Anderson bowls Ashwin!
India close on 273-7.
350 I reckon.
Makes it quite interesting if our lads can bat well again.
India :haha:
Awful at everything.
I switched on and saw Yuvraj get out, Dhoni walks out and nearly gets out first ball trying a hoick over mid-wicket. Basically, India are captained by Afridi II so awfulness is not surprising.
India were all out for 316.
England are 144-0 in reply. Compton gets his 50.
Cook is nearing another century.
Cook gets his century!
23 test centuries for England is a record.
165-1, Compton goes for 57.
there are no words left to do justice to Cook, most centuries, brilliant centuries at that, time and time again he has pulled out massive runs when his team needs them. what a man, what a hero.
Essex
Cook
Tests
this stat caught my eye thoughof course thats just projections and he wont get near those numbers i dont htink, but he could easily get to 40 plus tons and upwards of 15000 runs in tests.Quote:
"Alastair Cook's projected career record if he retires in 2022 at the age of 37, based on his current record: Tests-229, Innings-403, Runs 18,832 and 100s-61. He could be on his way to becoming the greatest Test batsman of all time."
England close on 216-1.
Cook with 136*
Cook was dropped on 17?
:haha:
Just watching the highlights, India's fielding was abysmal.
India fail at life. What an awful country. Cheap runs for cook.
Embarrassing.
India :haha:
Forgot about this Test series. Tests  Are there ODIs/T20s as well after the Tests? That's what most of us are waiting for tbh. As for Cook, very good Test batsman. Not world class til he does it at a higher level ie pressure cricket where runs need to be scored quick as the likes of Sachin, Sehwag, Kallis etc have done for years but a good Batsman nontheless in non pressure cricket
There's a short series vs Pakistan after the tests.
England are 420-5, Cook was run out on 190. Got out the way of the ball rather than put his bat down in the crease. :haha:
 otherwise though.
Trott went on 87. KP just went on 54.
443-5 currently. Bell went for 5 earlier.
What a surprise he was the first one to fail with the bat.
