I've just had a horrible thought that Wenger could end up going there...

He's out of contract at the end of this season. He's probably taken heed of unrest from the fans. Man Utd are looking for Someone to at least guarantee CL football in the short term.



Wenger could be the perfect fit.

I'm sure he'd love to have the abuse and chants at every game rather than twice a year.

Moyes 'free season' was always going to be founded upon a bare minimum of finishing in the top 4 in all likelihood. That is mathematically impossible now isn't it? Or so I heard the other day so his sacking was always a strong probability whilst top 4 looked a pipe dream.

Wenger would never take over there though....
