There's no universally agreed definition of what a country is but the borders are always artificially defined (well, unless it's an island nation) and borders change over time, sometimes not that long ago.
I don't care if Catalonia become independent, just so long as once the Civil War is over I can go back to Barcelona and actually go to a game this time

Carles Puigdemont has said he'll delivery on the referendum results, that is to say confirming Catalona will look to become an independent state.
No idea what this means for Barcelona, Espanyol and Girona in the future. :popcorn:
