True but the 2 results I mentioned are not beyond all realms of doubt, I'm just clinging to any bit of hope really.
If Sperz are going to finish above us they'll have to do it the hard way, so lets see what those fuckers have got.

Big week for Spurs. Win both games and they'll probably finish above us but
a) They usually bottle it
b) It's Chelsea away and Spurs away. One tough game, one banana (not racist) skin.
Obviously we're perfectly capable of cocking it up whatever Spurs do but we usually limp over the line somehow.
<_<
:getcoat:
No
Probably gonna go to the last day of the season now unless the spuds lose their next 2 games in a row which I cant see happening. (I see them getting a result vs Chelsea)
Although, even if they did lose to the chavs, we'd probably think that was it done and dusted and bottle it against Wigan.
Us.
We'll get the record points total to finish fifth.
Every chance Newcastle will have to get points to stay in the PL on the last day. That will be a tough match if things work out that way. It will come down to us facing up to the challenge without losing our bottle. There's a first time for everything.
There's lots of connotations for the remaining games. I think us, spuds and chavs all got to play against at least one team who could be facing regulation. Currently any 1 of 8 teams could go down. If Sunderland get a result tonight, and Wigan tomorrow, it may even bring West ham and Swansea into it.
Once spuds have chelsea out the way, both us and the scum have our remaining matches against those in the thick of this battle. So we can't take either of it lightly.
Chelsea arguably have an easier final game with Everton just playing out the numbers.
