Another big game completely ruined by the referee. It was entertaining, but ruined in the sense of it's impossible to know what a fair result was because there were too many wrong calls on key decisions. We saw it with the Real Madrid-Barcelona game the other day and it happens far too frequently than it should given the technology available. So frustrating.

Yes, I didn't mean they will feel like they gained a point. I meant we preferred them to lose...but the drew. But in many ways this could be a more damaging result for them in the long run than a standard 0-1 defeat because of the manner they crumbled (although it was more the ref's influence, it won't feel like that...in the same way we were blaming the team rather than the ref after we drew 4-4 to Newcastle).Quote:
