Rubin 3-2 Chelsea! Natcho pelanty.
2 more needed
Rubin Kazan 3-2 Chelsea FT, Chelsea through to the semi-finals. No doubt that will mess with whatever Premier League matches they have around that time.
Swansea at home and man Utd away
Swansea will be moved to the Sunday. Man Utd one was already on a Sunday.
I reckon they'll win it
I think Motd2 went through who he scored against and when he scored. And very many of them have either been against lower league in the cups or +1s at the end of big wins. and that's he's played in coming up to 60 games this season.
I didn't realise he was so old either. 29.

You can say a goal against Brentford and the 5th in a 5-0 win is the same as one against United or City, but they aren't, and in those big games he simply isn't scoring or playing well. He's only got 7 in the league, and it's not as if he's not getting the games. And in any case, he's in a team that even with Rafa more often than not gets a glut of chances and win games, and in which the striker has 3 top class attacking mids behind to create chances for him.
And I wouldn't have him over Sturridge or Borini tbh. Not that it's exactly fair to use Borini given he's a crock... although saying that Sturridge has fallen off a cliff. At least theoretically they will get a little better, the only way is [further] down for Fernando who is already just a glorified link man. His main attribute now is his hard work rather than pace or finishing. But most Liverpool fans are known for not letting go of the past, so they probably would. But, if "a goal is a goal", then why the hate for Giroud? He's scored 18 for club and country, more league goals and in fewer games.
