I read that Liverpool might be in for Soldado, maybe they're already planning on what to use the 40mil on? :)
I've read a lot of things, so far none have come true.
Seems a decent price for a quality CB.Quote:
Valencia will not let defender Adil Rami, 27, leave for anything less than £7.75m. The Frenchman is wanted by both Manchester City and Arsenal.

would love suarez
he's a c*nt but he's our c*nt
would take us back to the days of being hated aka the invincibles era
we were mean, bad and the foreign dirty wankers
time to regain status
anyone see richards as a good signing? guy is arsenal through and through
i would much rather spunk out £35mil on stephen el shaarwy
I think Richards would be a decent buy.
el shaarwy would be a good purchase and probably doable if we don't get Suarez, rumours Milan were not against selling him for the right price.
Richards has more muscle than ability and that's why he keeps breaking down. No thanks.
I've woke up to the acceptance that e aren't getting anyone in this summer.
Just start the season and let the slaughter commence
reports say cardiff have agreed an 8m fee for etienne capoue but he is holding out for a bigger club.
wasnt he one we were linked with loads as well. 8m fee, gotta snap that up surely!
:haha:Quote:
Redknapp had said: "It looks like it's on its way to being done. Negotiations have gone well.
"He's a finisher. He'll score goals in the Championship; I'm absolutely certain of that.

Barca should sellQuote:
Manchester United have not given up on their efforts to sign Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
United have failed with two bids for the former Arsenal player, the latest of which is understood to be £30m plus add-ons.
But David Moyes has confirmed he is still targeting the 26-year-old as his first capture since taking over as manager at Old Trafford.
He told a news conference in Osaka that "things are ongoing".
Gervinho in talks with Roma.
Get him inQuote:
Valencia have softened their stance regarding Adil Rami and are now open to cashing in on the Arsenal target for around £9m.
The centre-back, who joined in 2011, is said to be keen on leaving Valencia this summer in search of a new challenge.
Arsenal, with Thomas Vermaelen set to miss the start of the season, are reportedly keen on Rami.
Valencia have always signalled their intention not to sell the France international but manager Miroslav Dukic is now ready to listen to offers.
The 27-year-old has also been linked with Manchester City, while Juventus are also thought to be tracking him.

Suarez is coming homeQuote:
Liverpool are ready to snatch Roberto Soldado from Tottenham's grasp.
Spurs have been in talks with Valencia about the striker, but talkSPORT understands their director of football Franco Baldini has returned to London from Spain having failed to agree a deal.
Andre Villas-Boas turned his attention to the Spain international following the failure to land Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke, who signed a new deal at Villa Park last week.
The north London club are understood to have offered Valencia £24million, but that’s still short of the £26m buy-out clause in Soldado's contract and the La Liga side are refusing to budge.
That has opened the door for Liverpool, with Brendan Rodgers keen to take Soldado to Anfield as doubts surround the future of Luis Suarez.
Liverpool are believed to be willing to pay the £26m Valencia are demanding for the 28-year-old as Rodgers looks to continue his rebuilding job at Anfield this summer.
