What’s different is the players made silly mistakes or were naive. In this case they’ve been completely sandbagged by the coach.

What I alluded to before the game, doesn’t matter how good or bad things are. Winning this specific fixture is as rare as it gets for us. Don’t know why but it just is.

I did like what I saw though and I’m sure this won’t send us into a tailspin. We looked confident and that will be enough to win more games than not.

We won there less than two years ago. Before last December we were unbeaten there for about three years. I don’t buy into this idea that the ground held any fear for us.

I’m far more frightened of playing Brentford in the next away game if Partey is not back. We will get destroyed

Drawn a few times there but don’t win. I said it’s rare, we won during the covid season which was our first three points there since 2006. Maybe fear isn’t the right word but there’s always some shit that happens here and more often than not it’s of our own doing.

It’s usually because United are better than us. We’ve lost six times in a row at City and at Liverpool…didn’t manage that at Old Trafford.

But as I say only one reason we lost today, sabotage by Arteta.

i only listened on the radio but it sounded entirely predictable, with Arsenal industrious but not clinical in front of goal, Moan U doing what they needed to and getting the job done

Arteta's naivete transmits itself to the team and it sets us apart from real top four clubs
