It's encouraging in the sense it didn't sound like a man who was at ease with the job he has. It was fairly self-aggrandising though. Funny when he said he brought all the great players we have had to the club so his judgement shouldn't be doubted so match - then later he admits it isn't just him working on transfers currently, they have a scouting network across the globe. :lol:
