Was Sturridge's actually handball?
I don't know how it works when it involves a goal being scored, but it wasn't deliberate; more down to an odd bounce and poor positioning for the header and it wasn't an unnatural position since it hit his forearm and you can't exactly move that out the way. So since it wasn't deliberate or in an unnatural position.... it wasn't handball.

And I don't know what the rule is really. I know the punishment can be (a yellow card) and that is supposed to be for deliberate handball unless it denies a goal(scoring opportunity) but I don't think that means a goal can legitimately scored by an arm, even accidentally. Having said that, it's not going to get the Suarez/Mansfield treatment.
