Theo through on goal - has time to pick his spot - misses
Huge excitement as San Marino get a shot at goal - Hart puts down the cigar and catches the shot.
Barkley is about as poor as I have seen in an England shirt. How can this shit be playing at international level? He has nothing except a media profile.
Barkley is, however, a much better player than Shaw.
Hoddle reckons Barkley is shit because he's not been allowed enough artistic license. For me, Barkley is taking bloody liberties even being on the pitch, license or not.
Great run by Clyne, Vardy nowhere near good enough to find the pass.
Clyne is an odd addition to the squad in that he's a decent player.
2 minutes extra time to enjoy.
FT San Marino 0-6 England
Both teams as poor as the pitch.
England qualify.
:partytime:
Rooney being england's all time top goal scorer has got to be one of the biggest lies in that most of his goals have come against san marino, lithuania and macedonia.
shit player these days, has lived of his hype for the past 3 years at least.
His goals to games ratio is pretty good but yeah, I suspect some analysis of who he's scored against will show his record up. He's nowhere near an all time great even in English football.
The fact that only six of his strikes have come at major tournaments is arguably Rooney’s biggest failure in England colours. He has five in six appearances at European Championship finals but only one in 11 games at World Cup finals. Lineker managed six at Mexico 1986 alone.
It is also worth noting the quality of opposition against which Rooney has scored. Facing no country has he scored more England goals than San Marino (four), while Kazakhstan (three), Andorra (two) and Belarus (two) are close behind.
World Cup finals
Wayne Rooney: 11 (1); 1 goal every 11 games
Bobby Charlton: 14 (4); 1 goal every 3.5 games
I posted up all his international goals and the opponents he scored against in another thread. Tragic stuff. He's the most overrated striker in history. But the worst thing about him, he's also one of the biggest cheats. He's cheated throughout his career, even last week he was cheating in the penalty box. He disgraces every shirt he wears, but because he's a GHEL the media won't hold him to account.
Mind you, remember that time Pires dived and prevented Portsmouth winning the Nobel peace prize?
He has been a great player at club level but like so many others a bit of a dud when it comes to England.
Still, he's going to be a record goal scorer for club and country when he retires, fair play I say.
Wales vs Israel at 5pm.
Wales qualify with a win.
Papers are saying Wales would be 4th in the rankings if they win today. #likeatrophyLOLOLOL
What the fuck is this shit? Almost as meaningless as the premier league table.
Holland are on the brink of failing to qualify.
Wales 0-0 Israel, FT so they have not qualified yet.
Would be some balls up to screw it from here, as Turkey have the head-to-head advantage.
Athough then again, this would just be for the play-offs.
Iceland have qualified!
Cyprus 0-1 Belgium, Hazard.
it is true that welbz is out until march?
I think that's when Woy expects Welbeck would be able to play for England. It's at least a period of months, put it that way.
Period of months .
The new 2-3 weeks.
I was offered a box seat to the game tomorrow at Wembley.
I of course declined.

Scotland 1-1 Germany, Hummels OG.
Scotland 1-2 Germany, Muller! Another pubbed effort.
You can see why United wanted Muller so badly. Totally inelegant but devastatingly efficient. Seems the Scots will be watching the Euros on TV
Scotland 2-2 Germany, McArthur! :haha:
Scotland 2-2 Germany, HT. Mental.
Scotland 2-3 Germany, Gundogan!
Scotland 2-3 Germany, FT.

Delph has done his hamstring in literally 10 seconds.
He might as well get used to sitting down for the next few years.
Crap shot from Milner.
