no it doesn't
and exactly - how much were they making from gunnersaurus toys etc??

They haven't scrapped gunnersaurus.
I’m pretty sure Gunnersaurus is the clubs IP.
They just didn’t need a man to wear a costume anymore.
ok, so they just made the guy redundant - well still, it's a bit unnecessary given the amount of fuss - after all we don't know when fans will be returning but it might not be too long
Assuming we ever go back to having crowds at the games, won't they need the mascot to turn up if he's going to be featured in all the literature? That was the whole point, wasn't it? The kids could turn up and see a real life dinosaur (not a man in a costume as you callously claim - without proof).
Ozil’ s PR team are something else.
He has just tweeted that he will pay GUnnersaurus salary so he can have his job back
It’s pretty clear the reason he’s not involved anymore is because there’s some political issue with the hierarchy. I don’t think it’s to do with his ability on the pitch.
The club fucked up with this. Big time. It may seem a trivial issue, a guy in a dinosaur suit that nobody sees anymore because the stadium's shut. But the other view is the little guy getting the boot when times are tough while the fat cats sail on through. Are they still all on that pay cut btw? Or has that expired now? Did it actually ever happen?
Would be a bit funny though if the dinosaur asked to leave, rather than getting the push. Maybe, after 27 years, he'd had enough? Obviously I need to do a lot more research on this, but I probably won't.
