Wow, so I guess my rather obvious (as in DUH!) predictions of the nailed on inevitability chapped your arse too? What "reality" would you prefer?
It's documentation. To be "provoked" you need somebody doing the provoking. And when that somebody paints himself as a reasonable and fair minded fellow, a moderator on the forum no less, documentation (which you mistake as an illogical and emotional response) can be an effective device for allowing a hypocrite to destroy themselves by their own hand. It might even provoke imagination in the normally unthinking herd.
The irony on this occasion is it's the first time I can recall actually wanting Arsenal to win a match in maybe two years, certainly the past year. Not that I want them to lose either, I just don't expend any thought on such things. However, this time I wandered into a room where at least one occupant was hoping for an Arsenal win. So on his account I hoped for the same, even though I realised a win would have created daylight at the top of the table and was therefore impossible. Still, it's the thought that counts.
Or don’t. :good:
Maybe the solution is not to come around then? I remember when I left four years ago I think several people referred to me as a cunt (they weren’t wrong in fairness). The fact is people get talked about when they aren’t around be it real life or on an outdated forum
It’s not even that you find the experience of Arsenal joyless, nothing on here seems to give you any joy. What’s the end game? Are you hoping that after all these years that you’ll recruit people to your way of thinking.
The very apotheosis of supporting a club is hoping for the best no matter what the reality, it’s like a disappointing child that you still love unconditionally. It’s hilarious that you seem to think you’ve stolen a March on people here in that respect.
I literally come on here as a form of distraction….at least 50% of why I say is utterly hyperbolic because I can vent and be a total unreconstructed tit because no one here is ever going to know me in real life to form an impression of me.
You kind of behave like you’re being summoned here against your will
