If Mourinho plays him at no.10 he'll be phenomenal. He'll have two of Matic, Ramires and Mikel to do all the defensive work, they'll have Hazard, Shurrle, Costa pinning the opposition back. So if his job for 38 league games is just to pick the ball up 30 yards out and do something with it, he could well win the player of the season award.
If he plays him as one of two central midfielders, and then has Hazard/Willian/Oscar ahead then I don't think he'll shine.
