The story is so outlandish you just have to hope it's more made up media BS. If we're actually showing interest in Rooney then you just know we're not serious this summer. We have zero chance of signing him and this better not gather anymore steam. Seems like we're being lead up a blind alley and it's another eloborate PR stunt to get the bums on seats for the pre season and season ticket renewals in. This isn't a realisitic signing.
