Putting subs on with seconds left for pens never seems to work, they're not warmed up to the game and half the time it's literally their first kick.

If you are a kid and in your first big tournament and millions of people are hanging on your kick, well I guess the manager needs to call up a cowardly hero like Sterling to do the business.
