Not Arsenal related per say but lol Daily Mail.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/foo...World-Cup.html
They are such spiteful cunts. They had a similar piece about Szecenhy celebrating the FA cup win despite not playing in that.

At least BT Sport are giving us loads of money for broadcasting our pumpings.
The daily mail really hate Ozil don't they? Todays headline
"Mesut Ozil relaxes on holiday while rest of Arsenal team prepare for new season"
they don't let facts like Arsenal gave the german players until mid august off do they?
As long as Arsenal fans keep getting upset over it, it'll keep bringing them ad revenues. But I admit, I don't normally think the media are out to get us but the dAily mail do seem to have a weird problem with Ozil. That World Cup article mins after Germany won 7-1, with a headline suggesting Ozil was shit, must be the among the most ridiculous headlines/articles ever written. It was that bad.
Supposedly there are a couple of spuds manning the Metro footie desk so that explains their shite. I think it's more the endless love affair with the north west when it comes to the Daily Haemorrhoid. When their darling Utd signed Failaini and we signed Ozil it looks to have pushed them over the brink. Really juvenile stuff like Utd turning down Ozil, Marketing dumping Ozil, blah, blah. They have run anti-Failaini and anti-Ozil campaigns ever since. Other media wanks expected Ozil to arrive and light up TBLITW(TM), good for them, more money for their shit. When that didn't happen and he had a merely extremely competent first season they got the hump and resorted to pretending Gerrard was excellent, which obviously made them look silly. They know it, but as you say it's not about credibility or self respect, it's about cash registers ringing. They're not alone in that ambition, whole world outside of proper art is neck deep in that shit. They did it again with their Best World Cup ever bullshit. And Neymar.
Works both ways. Obviously don't respond on their site, that's a big win for them. But always, always be pointing out to everyone you come into contact with just how shit the Daily Fail is. Generally, not just on football. The wider that message spreads the more it takes root. Eventually people just assume their rag is shite, whether it is or not, and there's not a damn thing they can do about it. The public is driven by mass perception and word of mouth is an even bigger weapon than a printing press. I've done my bit anyway, slagging them at least twice a day.

Shad Forsythe seems to have joined up with the team at the Austria Camp. Ox posted a picture of him Campbell and Jack getting lectured from him:

Though strangely the Club have yet to make any sort of formal announcement of his appointment.
Edit
Better picture from the main site of Wenger introducing him to the squad

On the earlier point we also haven't updated him to the roster of "staff" on the main site. Really hoping this isn't a short term thing and that he's going to be our full term fitness coach.

"I think we need a striker."
"Can Sanchez do that job?"
"Yes, absolutely! "I think we need Balotelli."
Interesting article by our new fitness guru about the importance of recovery in terms of maintaining a player's fitness over the course of a season.

You can already see some of his techniques being employed in the training camp.

He's not a miracle worker and there will be player injuries next season; that's inevitable but I really am expecting to see significant progress and the situation to be no where near as catastrophic as it's been the past few seasons. Should help us compete on all three fronts this season.
Poor Santi. Everybody elses nuts are hovering just above the ice. He has to sit on the rim of the bucket
:haha:
Gerrard told Suarez he was too good for Arsenal
Funny that as I think Alexis Sanchez is too good for Liverpool

What a vid!!!
Can't wait for the new season!
We've got ourselves a new Beer/Alcohol sponsor.
http://www.arsenal.com/news/news-arc...ficial-partner
Hansa Pilsner ........ never heard of them before but it doesn't matter as long as they give us a shed load of cash to be associated with us.
Still got a way to go to reach Man Utd/Bayern levels but our commercial revenue is growing. Still could use a fast food sponsor and possibly a technology/logistics sponsor.
Also a week old news now but we lost our high court appeal to increase the number of concerts we can host at the Emirates a year from 3 to 6. Fucking lazy useless cunts at Islington council have cut off another potential increased revenue stream for us.

Erm... wasn't Tony a drunken wreck at Jack's age? This is all very helpful stuff going into a new season. If everyone piles on Jack and really grinds him into the dirt it will be good for him and good for the club. The media, some of the (so-called) fans, and the likes of Scholes and now Adams. Good work, Jose and Manuel will be delighted.
No different to what most people have been saying on here NQ.
"Jack's got immense potential but needs to work harder to ensure he gets there after not having a good time over the last year".
I hope this tough love approach will work. Wilshere is quite a media savvy bloke and I'm sure all these criticisms of him must hurt him and motivate him to do better.
