Play a 5 man-midfield with Walcott, Cesc, Wilshere, Song, Nasri BUY some reinforcements to go with Ramsey and ....Diaby...who I'll give 1 more season to prove himself... Christian Eriksen 15mil, Cheik Tiote12mil, Florent Malouda 18mil.
Bulk out our current defence. Sell Clichy, Koscielny, Squillacci, Almunia and BUY Cahill, Samba, Begovic(keeper to Challenge Szezney and Fabianski 3rd choice), Van der Wiel (right back competition for Sagna), Baines (Gibbs to compete).
Sell Bendtner 10mil, Arshavin 9mil , Denilson 4mil, Rosicky 2mil, Eboue 4mil, and Buy Eto'o 29mil for good measure. Van Persie, Eto'o and Villa to rotate (Walcott/Chamakh to play as 4th striker if needed). Play 4-4-2 and 4-5-1 so as not to be so predictable.

Or forget Eto'o and spend the 29million on Cahill, Samba, Begovic, Van Der Wiel and Baines - forgot to pay for those guys! Carried away.
