Cazorla is the genuine article from that bunch. Eduardo was an unlucky miss. Arteta is decent but not top tier. Arshavin, who knows what went wrong there? But there does seem to be a pattern of Wenger not being able to realise the full potential in these players. Walcott, Merts, Giroud these are scraping the barrel to make a point.
