Decent recovery by England.
Pakistan finish on 42/0 at close. Looking at their line-up, they don't seem to have anyone who can bat for a long time. Misbah and a few others can get quick-fire 50s but they aren't really Test players IMO.
But as usual with sub-continent pitches, there's not a lot for the seam bowlers. A lot depends on Swann.
I would have said the opposite. Hafeez is their most flamboyant batsman. The rest are all bonafide blockers. Served them well in the last year, though - playing within their limitations. They ought to secure a good lead, and play Swann better than England did Ajmal. It's quite flat.
