Like I said it's not everyone, just because your kids or your friends kids aren't influenced it doesn't mean millions aren't.
In addition maybe other things in the media have an influence on them, it depends what they are interested in at the end of the day.
Almost everyone is influenced by the media/tv in some way, whether they know it or not, some in more extreme ways than others.
talk about widen your argument to the extreme to prove some sort of vague point.
get back to where you started. kids being influenced by suarez to racially abuse other kids. it won't happen because it doesn't work like that. seen an epidemic reported in the news because of the uncontrollable surge in mad racist children influenced by a footballer? no. and there's an obvious reason why. if a kid abuses another kid racially it will come from their parents. or because of their friends parents screwing up their mates heads. not the tv.
you're just wrong. accept it. suarez is a cunt. he bit some people. he racially abused a guy. that's it. stop grasping at straws to fuel your irrational stance against him and his vast influence on the next generation of adults.
The point was that if this behaviour wasn't clamped down upon it would influence others as they wouldn't see a problem with it, as it is he was punished for it and thus they'll know he was wrong.
If you don't condem unacceptable behavior in the public eye, then why would anyone (kids) think it's wrong and not do it themselves?
They were just talking about how kids want to be Usain Bolt and mimic his behaviour when he just won the 100m, which proves my point.
what's your point here? he has been punished. he has been banned twice for his onfield misdemeanour's. is that the wrong message?
don't confuse the interests of agents and the media's games with what he has been vilified for onfield.
are you saying that kids will now demand moves to other schools because of their favourite footballers demands?
My point was that if something like this was not punished it would send out the wrong message. He was punished and that's fine, the point is we should never allow racism to be acceptable in any form.
You're trying to be funny and it's not working, that's not the same at all, however if a kid becomes a footballer there's a chance he might well do the same in his career if he see's no wrong in it. I think kids as they get older are now more attracted to football due to the money and what comes with it rather than just the football side, so things have certainly changed.
If we saw players like Suarez move when they wanted all the time, I don't think anyone growing up watching them would see anything wrong with it either.
A game with mercenaries will create more mercenaries.
but it was punished, so you have no point.
apart from the absolute bleeding obvious.
one point i have seen made about how rodgers cant bang on about class and loyalty is that he shipped reina out on loan to Napoli without telling him. hardly classy that
