Makes Webber look a schmuk though. Noone remembers the fair play league. Webber looks like his lucrative contract with Red Bull is most important and like it or not everyone knows he's slower than Vettel.

I have no idea what you're talking about now. Defending Vettel for his actions today is pointless as even his own team has slapped him down for it.
IBS and his classic going off on a tangent.
Vettel IS Red Bull. They made that rod for their own backs. He's an arrogant, utterly selfish, unscrupulous son of a bitch.
That's why he wins. Good guys lose at the sharp end of anything that's ultra competitive. You think Hamilton, Alonso, Schumacher are nice guys with an instinct for fair play? None of them are, but they are winners.
Footballers dive and roll around the ground clutching their faces. This is many, many times worse than anything Vettel does and they do it every week. Scumbags but it's accepted as part of the game (which is shameful and scandalous). Compared to that Vettel the racing driver is being condemned for racing and trying to win. It was the most exciting moment in the whole race when he went wheel to wheel with Webber. This is what we want isn't it? Fuck the teams who want a procession at then expense of entertainment.
I don't like Vettel one little bit, but if I had to put money on someone to win come what may and by doing whatever is required I'd bet on him every time. I think the first lap incident was entirely deliberate, btw. Don't think he was after Alonso as such but he must have known what was going to happen when he parked it.
This is where you're wrong. 'going wheel to wheel' with Webber implies they raced flat out and Vettel won but that's not the case.
It was nothing more than stabbing his own team mate in the back.

I had forgotten about that.
