Why is he seen as a twat?
His playing career was before my time. No idea if he was any good. Articles I've seen of him call him a highbury favourite though so must be something after.
He has been critical of Wenger but so have many others.
He wasn't a favourite if we're talking figures like Brady, Rocastle, Merson. A competent player with potential that was never realised. Injured all the time as I recall. On a par with Stephen Hughes, could have been something, ended up nothing much.Quote:
