Fulham away is one of the toughest fixtures around atm. They've got a few cracking players.
That Frei kid was phenomenal. Looked very much like Ox with his movement and close control.
Dembele is also very good. Dempsey has become a real talisman for them. It really would be fantastic having an experienced player with goalscoring pedigree. Badly lacking goalscoring att.mids. He would have a similar impact to Arteta and, dare I say, Sagna in terms of consistent 8/10. What'll make Arsene not go for him is his age - he doesn't like paying the premium for 29 year olds (even though he did for Arteta; that was a panic buy).

He would be a luxury (in the true sense of the word...not a luxury like Arshavin's a luxury), but given we don't have a second-striker type set-up any more with Cesc gone, I think there are other areas that need a bigger look. If he doesn't sign a new deal with Fulham and is looking to move, worth a punt. I always think it's worth going for a few oldies (in relative terms) because they know the score. As Letters (I think it was) said - the only way we can become a formidable force again is if we get a squad of strong characters - ones that necessarily won't conform to the manager's instructions and will just take responsibility.
