I think that's just his agent trying to make out like he's super ambitious and just making himself sound like a cock.
That just demonstrates that we're seen by many as sitting on the second rung of the premier league. That said, it isn't written in stone that we have to stay there. Man Utd dominated largely through SAF and having strong revenue. One of those is gone - will they continue to dominate?
