Why hasn't anyone proposed the most obvious solution? Get rid of FIFA. Surely this is one corrupt farce too far? And if Qatar can't meet the obligations under which their bid was made, why haven't they been stripped of the tournament? Could there be a more blatant example of corruption in football?
