RvP wins the title by himself. Shows what we could have done if only we'd put a few decent players around him. All inevitable. Utd will get his fee back this year in shirt sales alone.
Man Utd - proper football team.
Arsenal - fucking building society.
The rats who ran with £500mill - fuck you.
The rat who's in for the next big pay day - fuck you.
The bloated vermin queuing patiently - fuck you.
But RvP? You can't deny what the guy has done. That's the genuine article, real quality not the pretend shit that gets blown up by poxy pundits and the media. Not Theo fucking give me £100K and I'll do fuck all in return Walcott. Or Nick I'm worth a million a week but couldn't score to save my life Bendtner.
It used to be when somebody left us they went down hill. Now they are leaving and winning.
Forgot about this
Congrats to Fergie. How he has won the title and is on course to get the record points total with what is a horrific squad just shows how good he is
The party will be short lived though. We're fucking them up on sunday
Even when he's out on the town, Phil Jones still has the same face :haha:

I bet Fergie must be laughing his head off. He'll come knocking once we've developed Jack. How we can continue like this as a club is staggering, we're handing our rivals our best players.
Was reading the Red Cafe thread last night remembering what it was like to win something. Quite a few on there assume Wilshere will be arriving in due course. Some doubt it because they see Jack as committed to Arsenal. None mention the club itself as an obstacle, it's just assumed we'll sell these days. That's what we do, the rep is firmly established.
If Jack comes out in public and calls his teammates and manager ****s, and that he wants to go to Utd, then he'll go. There wouldn't be any way to stop it. Players have too much power.
The point is we have two billionaires at our place and neither of the ****s will dip in their wallet, not to splash like the chavs but just to repair the damage done over the last seasons. Yes RvP wanted to go, but might that have been different if he had seen those tight fisted bastards opening their wallet just a crack? We've been short 2-3 quality players for years. We could have won something with just a small amount of outward (rather than inward) investment. But they wouldn't do it. So it's true to say the player has power but our club has made the decision very easy for the players that have left.
Can't argue with RVP's record, four offside goals in a row.
On years past an offside goal or dodgy Rooney penalty might have made a big difference. This year Utd have walked it. There's nothing really to complain about, nobody else came close and if they weren't winning it against Villa they were winning it at our place so I'm pretty happy with those offside goals. Enough pain in this season already.
It might not mean much for the title but it means Villa didn't have a chance of a point.
Wigan vs Villa is on the final day of the season.
Hope it goes that far.
Pretty much. If I were RvP and had spent all season carrying a team, dragging them into the top 4, and then I spoke to the manager about his plans to push us on and wasn't impressed with what I heard then I'd probably think "sod this". Especially if I could have my pick of clubs to go to all of whom were waving massive cheques in front of me. I don't believe he just left for money, he could have gone to City and earned more than he does although at that level it makes next to no difference. IMO he left to join a club were interested in competing. Arsenal clearly aren't. You don't sell your captain and best player to the team who finished directly above you if you're serious about competing with them. The PL medal soon to be hanging round his neck rather vindicates his decision.
In a way I respect the fact he went to a proper club rather than a bunch of chancers like City.
Fuck him.
****.
Suarez has accepted the charge, but doesn't accept the FA's view that 3 matches is insufficient.
Suarez is historys greatest monster.
I even heard he's a Belieber.
I think it's an agenda against Liverpool FC. I know every fan of every club will say it, but in this instance, I think Suarez and Liverpool have a case to feel aggrieved.
Why?
There was a precedent set by Jermaine Defoe biting Javier Mascherano in 2006. Martin Jol laughed it off as "comical" at the time. Pardew, the West Ham manager at the time, probably couldn't be bothered to comment.
Why is it that such an incident 7 years later (and let's face it, biting is biting. There isn't really much difference between the scenarios) is played out over and over again on a 24 hour sports TV channel? Is it just because of his reputation? In which case, it's still wrong to continue this 'trial by television' based on the aforementioned precedent.
They make it sound like he mauled him to death. It was just a nibble, didn't even draw blood.
Give him a fine and a slap and move on. There are far more important issues for the FA to deal with.
i think more so because it wasn't deal with by the match official after it happened, so sky and co have the green light to make an absolute mountain of bollocks from it all.
speaking of which http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2...iting-ivanovic
Defoe had been booked. Suarez has this on top of a million other incidents in his career including a biting offence which he received a seven game ban for in the Netherlands. Nothing to do with it being Liverpool, at all. It might have everything to do with him not being English but we know all that anyway.
He could always just not do stupid things, then there wouldn't be any coverage needed.
As much as the media reaction is a bit 'moral highground', shockingly the Daily Mail leading the charge and as much as I do think there is something of a crusade against Suarez dating back to the Ghana handball, as with any incident like this he's brought in on himself. And not for the first time. Downing Street wading in and feral children blaming him for being thuggish is ridiculous, that is definitely true.
He was doing quite well staying relatively out of the lime light, letting his football tell the story and there were signs at least some of the press was starting to turn. Not totally, but there were signs of praise and a desire to move on. Now with one stupid, ridiculous act he's undone all of that and it's going to be even harder, nay impossible, for him to recover any sort of reputation here. Even RAWKites are annoyed with him this time, which says a lot.
As far as I'm concerned he'll serve his punishment and that'll be that. But once again he owes the club and his teammates as once again he is going to be banned for a significant period of time and he can't keep on doing that because at some point our patience will run out. As for "oh well he's trying to force a move", it's a stupid way of doing it, and if it's a pre-planned attempt to leave then he obviously isn't. On the plus side, a break could do him good since he will most likely be playing yet another summer in the Confed Cup, and it will force us to try out some other options which may help us in the long run.
The rules with regards to retrospective action do need changing, but it's not the first time that's been said. And it won't be the last. Suarez' defence that Defoe got off with it won't stand up and he'll get a hefty ban.
Just ban him until end of season and be done with it. Bored of this already.
I support Arsenal, and despise Van Persie for the way he left; his weasel words and the way he has helped Manure win the title. But if you equate a wasted career for a world class player with not winning stuff, then its pretty obvious that he'd have wasted his career by staying with us. He had a better season with us last season than he has had this season - and look where we finished in all comps. Comparing 2013 Arsenal with Manure in terms of sheer desire and ability to win things is like comparing a Citroen with a Ferrari.
I think its Carragher who has introduced some sanity to this debate by listing some of the unsavoury incidents committed by previous Liverpool players - his own coin throwing; Jan Molby's jail term; Souness breaking that Dinamo Bucharest player's jaw on the pitch; Robbie Fowler's coke sniffing celebration...
The guy is a prick, but the hysteria in the press about this incident is IMO unbelievable...and as for the Prime Minister getting involved - well words fail me!
Of course it's unbelievable - it's in the mainstream media. This is what makes me laugh. We rely on the same guys for news on world events. Of course they have a totally different approach to journalism when it comes to "serious" stuff, right? WMD reports copied off the Internet and a million people dead? Yeah, this is a serious bunch of professionals at work. They could be digging deeply into the corruption and doping issues, but no, hold the back page for the kind of trivia that kills our brains and makes us stupid.
Also, Cameron is an epic sprawling saga of a ****.
10 game ban.
John terry was banned for four for being racist
10?!
That's ridiculous.
I was expecting 5 or 6 FFS.
10 games. :haha:
Hope we play Liverpool early on next season again.
Amazing. The FA fuck it up again. But anyway it's still very
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BIn3JbFCcAAKG3x.jpg
As a comparison, this two-footed stamp got a zero game ban.
The FA is broken.
10 games seems very very harsh. I thought it'd be about 4 -5 games. It was violent, but I've seen playings engage in actual fist fighting during games have less severe sentences.
I'm wondering whether it was extra because of his history of controversy? I mean if this was his only controversial incident in his playing career would he have received the same length of ban? I just can't see it - I think his history in particular doing the exact same thing at Ajax played a part here.
In any case this isn't going help RAWK get over their, "It's a conspiracy", "The FA hate us" mentality.
His past would have certainly been taken into account, they've made an example out of him.
10 game ban? Suarez must have refused to suck their faggedy-arse dicks or something. Tough guys. Next they'll be chasing down Sepp Blatter for his overt, fuck you corruption. You can see the decrepit ****s puffing on their Havanas in between sucking rent boy cum off each other's chins - shocking, shocking, would never have happened in our millennia! Foreign chap isn't he? 10 games I think, anyone for Pimms and a spot of hamster packing?
