Henderson has been very good this season.
Welbeck will go because he's young and quick. Lambert because he offers "something different". Rodriguez probably wouldn't have started or played much anyway.
Either way, when we go out it will be blamed on not taking Cole and Carrick.

No real surprises in that squad, can't complain given what we have available.

I think Roy will probably go with that team but most likely replace OX with Wellbeck. I think the likes of Barklay and Sterling are geniunely exciting options to have off the bench.

Henderson deserves it on form. Certainly has provided a more important contribution than Jack has this season though there's no doubt in my mind that Jack is a better player.

On a separate note, I never understand why teams waste a squad place with a 3rd Keeper. The chances are so remote to the point of zero of them even getting a minute.
Don't get me wrong Ramsey's Zombie, I don't disagree with you on the latter three.
And "international quality" is as vague and meaningless a description as "world class". In any case, it's not necessarily about picking the 11 best players on paper, but who works well together.

Woy will probably start Jack, Gerrard and another midfielder with Welbs, Rooney and Ox/Sterling on the right.
