You forgot taxes. It's death and taxes....but you're not the only one. Look at Google, Starbucks and Amazon.
I would play Giroud & Podolski as a front two in a 442, surprise the geordies from our usual 451 and take the game to them, otherwise the 48,000 plus toon army will sense blood and go for it.
After getting pumped in recent home games I'm sure they'll want to go out on a high. Then again it's been a miserable season for them so I'm hoping they've zoned out now they're safe.
0-4 halftime
4-4 full time
in case letters is recording this in his excel spreadsheet again ill give a proper prediction
4-4
Hope lawro is right.Quote:
Newcastle v Arsenal
Arsenal have been on a fantastic run since losing to Tottenham in the north London derby at the start of March, a result that left Spurs seven points above them.
Yes, Spurs have slipped up a couple of times since then to allow Arsenal to overhaul them, but the way Arsene Wenger's side have finished the season is still hugely impressive.
I am backing them to beat Newcastle too, to ensure a top-four finish - although I don't imagine it will be a straightforward win.
The Magpies are finally safe after beating QPR last weekend but, after the season they have had, I cannot see them just switching off in their last home game.
I don't see the Gunners scoring two early goals and cruising home, because that doesn't seem to be the way they win games anymore.
Even against Wigan on Tuesday, where they ended up convincing winners, they were under a bit of pressure before half-time.
They might have to fight for it but fourth place is about par for Arsenal for the season. They are a very good team but they still look a few players short of what they will need to win the title.
Prediction: 1-2
Not a bad preview

Win of couse but not without a fair few squeeky bum moments. . .
we wont play 442 because we like to make sure the oppo are correctly prepared for us
we need to do a number on any Barcode who is capable of a wonder goal. . . Cisse, Tiote etc
Midfield. . .last gam Arteta, Rambo and Sicknote. . .one will be dropped because I reckon Jack has been kept back for this. . .
Newcastle's defence is poor which means if our guys up front can play with just a little care and attention (gulp) it should be a routine result. However, circumstances make it anything but a routine game so the mentality of the players will come into it (gulp, gulp, fart, shit in pants) 0-2
A much bigger miss than people give him credit. He's been very solid in midfield this year, unspectacular but one of the few players who can do the simple things without totally fucking up. Wilshere is injured, it would make a lot more sense to play Coquelin. This is why I expect Fabianski to start as DM.
arteta has done ok and he has done a 'job' over the past couple of seasons - you can't doubt his commitment to the cause.
BUT...
we need better than just ok if we are to progress and get any better. far too many 'ok' players in our squad and his role is one where we need a more dynamic player.
In the unlikely event of a play off with Chelsea the match would take place at Villa Park on the 26th.
Mike Ashley paying the Newcastle staff a £1m bonus if they win. Is he a Spurs fan?
Great fucking news to be honest. This as we can capitalise on the vile intent of that fat scum ****, who's now given the Barcodes something to play for and thereby will possibly afford us an open flowing game where we'll pick them off.
Time for us to once more smash these pubbers.
Come On You Gunners. :scarf:
I dread the small time celebrations that fat fuck would indulge in should they get a result.
fucking shitting it.
just have this feeling spurs are gonna hammer sunderland and we'll be struggling in our game.
will all the years of underinvestment finally catch up with us?

WTF is this!?
Its a link to a story that has been discussed above your post
But that's not important right now.
Have we had special suits made fir 4th place trophy day? Did we release a Song? What time does the coverage of the build up start on TV? Is there a special 4th place trophy day Question of Sport?
Surely you can tell me? I'm a doctor!
No money for suits. We released a Song at the beginning of the season, we're not singing any more. Coverage started yesterday with some northerner at a cashpoint machine. No.
Your nurse will be along with an injection shortly to administer your meds. :console:
Looks like I picked the wrong season to quit sniffing glue.
Just saw our game is one hour before the Spuds, hopefully we can go up by 5+ goals or so like Liverpool and make the rest of the day miserable for the fuckers.
Edit: nevermind its not ffs
