The first leg is a few days before the opening day I think, or it was when we last had one.

Christmas period looks stress-free. But we've done ok around that time recently.
Mostly spaced out well for us. So far.
Newcastle :threaten: bastards are going down.
1 point from the first 3 games would be decent IMO. :coffee:
Just seen the fixtures.
Newcastle away and then Liverpool and Mancs as well as the 2 CL games? If Wenger waits til Aug 31st to do his business, he deserves to be shot.
Title challenge over in August :rose:
Bring on 2012/13

or as I like to think of it the twat filter
So we play utd 2 days after our 2nd leg match
Are villa at home frist game? Cant wait to see the reception McCliesh gets from the Villa fans when they introduce him to he home fans
2nd match up. let's hope the gobshite remembers which bench to sit on. First out the door next season? The odds will be skinny, I reckon.
Interested to see what Jol can do with Fulham as well. Chelsea still dont have a manager, ours has gone mental and no Ian Hollaway, could be a very dull season
Warnock - never been to known to put brain in gear before talking to the press - should provide comedy value. And when the Special One returns to Chelsea.
I might apply for the Chelsea job, i think i have what it takes to be a modern manager. I am classless, rude, blame everyone but myself, sulky, good at shouting, and have a long grey coat.
Trouble is you want to punch John Terry's lights out rather than pander to the shitehawk's overinflated ego.
Well he's had plenty of practise on GW...oh..yeah I see what you mean http://www.tz-uk.com/forum/images/sm...n_blackeye.gif
The FA Cup final is again going to be played before the end of the season and on a day with other fixtures.
Also, there is still that utterly pointless International week before the opening weekend.
Well, I did pick the wrong team (Chelsea instead of Man U) but I did say that there would be two top 6 teams in the first 4 games.
Quote:
Premier League opening day August 13:
Blackburn v Wolves
Fulham v Aston Villa
Liverpool v Sunderland
Man City v Swansea
Newcastle v Arsenal
QPR v Bolton
Stoke v Chelsea
Tottenham v Everton
West Brom v Man United
Wigan v Norwich

What are the likely televised games then?
Mancs for sure.
Probably a promoted team as well so Swansea going to Man City is possible. What else?
Spuds vs Everton. Liverpool vs Sunderland though maybe on ESPN. Our game is possible too.
If you read the blurb at the bottom of all the fixtures, it lists all the copyright shit, says any reproduction is illegal, and also says "photocopying of any fixtures is prohibited".
Oh shit, better shred those pages I brought home from work.
Looks like 1 draw and 2 losses in the first 3 games of the season.
Season over for us! :rose:
I have just finished inputting the details for my annual seasons' comparisons and noticed something very interesting: Chelsea has the easiest schedule.
Chelsea does not meet another member of the Top 6 group until the 5th game of the season whereas all the others meet at least one for the 2nd or 3rd game. Indeed, Arsenal, Man U and Spurs have back to back Top 6 games for games 2 and 3.
In the first 10 games, the number of Top 6 games are
Arsenal 4
Man U 5
Spurs 4
Liverpool 3
Man City 2
Chelsea 2
Additionally, Chelsea never have to face Top 6 teams in back to back matches. All others have at least one of these.
