Wenger won't go under any circumstances. The players know it and they also know there's no pressure on them to perform to a higher standard. Wenger and the board must think this repetitive shit is acceptable or else they'd act. The fact Wenger finds himself constantly saying, "We lacked a little bit [fill in any of several problems]...", means he sees the problems yet he chooses to do nothing. We need an arse-kicker in here but that's not happening any time soon. In fact Wenger will likely pick his replacement and then stay on in some capacity to undermineguide the new guy. There really isn'y any sign of change at this club. As for Ozil, one maybe two more seasons tops and then he's off. He's not going to wait around for his career to fade out at a club with no ambition. Everything starts with Wenger. That's the way the club has been built over two decades.
