I think Xhaka is a quality player and would shine in a more organized set up. He was (according to arsenal fan tv) never coached properly in his first season and was not told what to do or what his role was, can't blame him really.

They aren't second tier in the hands of other managers. You don't get to play for the World champs if you are 2nd tier. At this club you have to be as good as Alexis not to appear ordinary or deficient. It's all down to one man. He makes the players shit, it's his gift and he works hard at it.
