Haven't seen the highlights but reading reports it seems 3 catches went down in the final session. No excuse for that.
If the lower order stick around again and one of Clarke or Haddin remain not out, you're looking at around 400. Usually if you score 400 in the first innings you don't lose the test match - England got to get them in the next 70-80 runs and then look to score 500.
Just watching the highlights now:
Watson's dismissal. :haha:
Village doesn't cover it. That was hamlet stuff. Anderson's trollface.
Monty's delivery to get rid of Smith.
Less good for the celebration.
Monty's drop of Bailey.
Root's effort off Clark would've been a stunning catch. Can't fault him for putting that one down.
Swann's catch to get rid of Bailey. :o
Will be watching the crudely-edited highlights (with trails for 'The Verdict' kept in then that section itself not being broadcast) on Pick at 10.
Carberry. :haha:
What a dolly.
And The Verdict isn't the same now it's not just Tom Moody and Laughing Bob Willis.
