Exactly, even if we ended up with the same numbers from last season with these kinda of signings then we'll still be 'one or two' class signings away from being 'title winners'.

Never heard him tbh. You're right that Arteta would not be enough, and if that's it as far as transfers are concerned we're definitely weaker than we were at the start of July, which is a damning indictment of Wenger, the board and all our transfer negotiators who've fucked up big time.
