Balotelli is awesome, just a little bit mental and that will always be held up as a question mark against him until he chills out and performs consistently.

Saying that, I'd have him here in an instant.

He'd have to be cheap to make it worth the risk.

Probably odds on for him and Wilshere to have a punch up at some point. The bitey racist is at least a lot less likely to one punch knock out his own team mate/manager....

26? Over two seasons yes (well one and a half) but that's hardly a stunning record. He didn't play much in the World Cup, you mean the Euros, where he was very good against Germany, as were Italy in general in the tournament but I don't really care for talking about international tournaments as to why we should or shouldn't sign a player.

He's 23, 24 this year which means he really needs to be at the stage where he gets his head in the game and realises exactly what he wants to be. The best striker in the world, or a glorified pelanty taker with the downside of being mental.
