Apparently Welbeck won't be playing tonight. Instead he played 70mins yesterday in a U23 match against Leicester. Isn't that just the most bizarre thing? He comes back from injury, gets a couple of goals in a great performance against Soton and we've barely seen him since. But he does manage 70 mins in a totally meaningless U23 match.
