While I agree that Diaby is not even close to the club's best midfielder, this has to be taken into the context of the whole club. Right now, if Diaby leaves, it is not inconceivable that Arsenal will lose 4 of its experienced midfielders: Fabregas; Nasri; Denilson and Diaby. While the loss of the last two might not be a problem footballing wise, losing 4 players from the squad would be. Especially, if players like Bendtner, Rosicky and Clichy also leave.Quote:
