Facts are facts. Some teams have to have a player shot through the head at point blank range to get a pen - that's US. 3, maybe 4 denied in the last 2 weeks alone. Other teams could machine gun the opponent in the box and the ref would wave play on - that's the gypos and, before yesterday, Utd. And a whole string o dirty, diving cheats have been scamming pens for years - "professional" Shearer calls it.
Just apply the rules maybe, instead of having the officials influence every game and every season.
