What like Rooney?
:lol:Quote:
Daily Telegraph's Henry Winter
"Joe Hart just been over to the #eng fans, punching his chest, acknowledging their support. He needs better protection from defence."
Independent's Sam Wallace
"Struggling to think of a better England performance since Euro 2004. But they were up against a ruthlessly brilliant Italy team tonight."
Mirror's Oliver Holt
"If England play like that against Uruguay and Costa Rica, there is no reason to think that they cannot still go through to second round."
Baines. :rose:
Not a patch on Cashley.
Rooney played in the centre for the best part of the 2nd half. He wasn't on the flanks once Welbeck went off and Sterling went to the right. No idea what Rio is on about.
Henry also needs to stop acting like the media put too much pressure on players as if it's only in England. Top players have to perform. Imagine if Neymar bottled his chances and Brazil lost the opener? He'd be in deep shit. You have to handle the pressure.
Rooney.
That should be the last time he puts on an England shirt.
Pretty much.
Bring Wheelchair in and load the midfield.
