Rosberg on pole, Verstappen second, Raikkonen third. Then comes Vettel, Ricciardo, Perez, Hulkenberg, Bottas, Button and Massa.

You get grid penalties per PU component. He took a load of new components as he would be starting from the back anyway.

I don't get what it means though, does it mean those remaining penalties will continue on to the next race?

No. They changed the rule. Penalties won't carry over. He'll just start from the back.

Hope Hamilton can at least pick up a point. Spa is a good course for overtaking, if anyone can, Lewis can!
