Lawro :lol:Quote:
Who would have thought that Fulham would have bought more players by this stage of the season than Arsenal? They have bought well, too.
I felt the Cottagers still needed a midfielder but they have got a quality one in Scott Parker and Martin Jol's squad looks strong.
Winning at Sunderland was a great start and this will be a real test for Arsenal.
I watched the Gunners against Fenerbache in their Champions League qualifier in midweek and, although it took them until the second half to really get going, they were convincing winners.
Their home defeat to Aston Villa was a bad result but it was blown out of proportion because it was the first weekend of the season - they did not actually play that badly.
Whatever happens in this game, people are going to be talking about who Arsene Wenger could or should buy, and that will continue until the transfer window shuts.
Prediction: 1-1
The team's going to be burnt out in the first month of the season with all these matches so close together, injuries, all the back-up sold or loaned out and no new signings. Moyes would be crying if he had to play Wednesday night and then early on Saturday.
We play better away from home now though and playing on the break suits us, so I think a narrow pubtastic win reminiscent of the latter part of last season is possible.
1-2 (Berbatov, Theo, Mertesacker).
We are unbeaten away from home so far this season tbh
Only conceded once in our last seven away games.
And we never lose with Sagna at centre-back.
Thought Paris was ok tbh, no different to most European capital cities. Very diverse.
Yeah but it's full of french people.
Exactly. It's like Arsenal, but bigger
