He pulled out the troll face for a good few minutes at the final whistle and was having a go at Krul all game. If things didn't go our way, he was just as likely snapping someone's leg in the final seconds IMO. He looked out of sorts today - had his worst game in a while (though managed a fantastic goal nevertheless). It's no secret that Van Persie has a nasty streak. 'Twas in danger of going over the edge today though. I like that.
He's starting to deliver what Cesc gave us last season, an edge, a wind-up, plus a bag full of talent of course.Quote:

Van persie snapped today, no doubt about it. He got a yellow but Arteta saved him from a certain red and a lengthy ban by pushing him away. i.e. Arteta's just saved our season.
