We weren't actually that great, but more than good enough for Villa.

We've barely played decently, but Villa are so poor that it's still so comfortable. If Villa were even 5% better, our lack of urgency and halfheartedness could have been exposed. Get a few goals in the second half and then rest some players. Don't let Villa reignite their season by allowing them the greatest comeback of all time through sheer disinterest.
Still not convinced with Özil personally. If he gets 30 assists this season I might be swayed.
