I think you've answered your own question, there is nothing really to talk about that's why.
In the age of social media people do feel a sense of ownership over other people's private lives. But that's only because people whether famous or not want to expose their private lives to public scrutiny through Facebook, Twitter etc.
It's the world we live in, who you go to bed with and what position used to be the business of your "God" now it's the business of everyone.
